Seit gestern Abend bin ich erst einmal wieder richtig zu Hause. Das Suchen hat jetzt endlich ein Ende, die Entscheidung ist gefallen und der neue Mietvertrag ist unterschrieben. Das Einpacken und Vorbereiten für den Umzug kann also beginnen.

Was ein gesunder Körper doch ausmacht… Vor acht Jahren hab ich die Wohnungssuche und den Umzug in unsere jetzige Wohnung neben der Arbeit fast mit Links gemacht. Obwohl ich mich von der Krebserkrankung immer noch nicht komplett wieder erhohlt hatte… Heute bin ich schon nach der Suche völlig ausgelaugt.

Aber ich lass mich nicht unterkriegen und werde hier nach und nach vom Fortschritt berichten. Viel Zeit bleibt nicht, denn unser neues Domizil steht uns ab 01. März zur Verfügung. Bis dahin muss alles geregelt und in die Wege geleitet werden.

Nun hoffe ich nur noch auf einen einigermaßen reibungslosen Ablauf, dass Günther seine Versprechen, z.B. mir bei den schwereren Sachen ein wenig unter die Arme zu greifen, auch wirklich einmal wahr macht und mein Körper durchhält…

Der Besitzer des Hotels, in dem Günther seit zwei Monaten wohnt, ist für zwei Wochen im Urlaub. Für diese Zeit ist ihm ein Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt worden in dem ich nun auch mal, ohne Zusatzkosten, mit übernachten kann.

Dieses habe ich letztes Wochenende getan und nun zeige ich Euch mal ein paar Bilder auf denen man sehen kann wie wir den vierten Advent verbracht haben.
Man beachte unseren kleinen Schoko-Weihnachtsmann, die Kerze und auch für die Vitamine war gesorgt.

Auf Tischsets und Servietten haben wir nicht verzichten müssen… man weiß sich ja zu helfen, wenn nichts, aber auch gar nichts an solchen Dekosachen da ist. Wir hätten auch noch ein paar Nüsse gehabt, aber man soll ja nichts übertreiben.

Wie ich schon berichtete , sind wir im Begriff unseren Wohnort aus beruflichen Gründen zu wechseln.

Inzwischen haben wir auch schon etliche Besichtigungen hinter uns und nicht damit gerechnet, dass sich die Wohnungssuche als so schwierig entpuppt. Na ja, eigentlich hat Günther nicht damit gerechnet.
Er meinte, dass es, in einer so großen Stadt wie Hamburg (einschließlich Umgebung), eine große Auswahl in Frage kommender Objekte gibt.

Wir bekommen aber immer wieder von Makler/innen zu hören, dass es eine schlechte Zeit ist um eine Wohnung zu suchen… Was sollen wir tun ? Däumchen drehen und auf den Zufall warten? Nö… Das kann ich ja gar nicht und bin jetzt schon ganz kribbelig.
Wir müssen bis Ende März umgezogen sein…

Ich weiß, es ist noch genug Zeit wenn man gesund ist und das Einpacken, Vorbereiten und Renovieren ruck zuck erledigen kann. Bis vor drei/vier Jahren habe ich das auch immer gut hinbekommen. Aber jetzt ?!?

Leider sind einige der Anzeigen/Angebote in den Zeitungen oder im Internet auch recht irreführend. Vieles wird beschönigt und man wird nicht weiterlesen… »
