Ich war heute noch gar nicht am PC, denn heute Vormittag sind wir zum Brunchen gegangen und anschließend haben wir unseren Tannenbaum geholt.
Eigentlich wollten wir dann noch in Maschen auf den Weihnachtsmarkt, aber da es schon spät und wir recht feucht von außen waren, haben wir zu Hause gemütlich eine Tasse Kaffee getrunken und den Tannenbaum geschmückt.

Seit fast 5 Jahren ist es das erste Mal, dass wir wieder einen Weihnachtsbaum haben. Davor gehörte er bei uns jedes Jahr dazu, auch als die Kinder aus dem Haus waren. Ich bin in der Hinsicht ein wenig romantisch veranlagt und habe immer darauf bestanden. ;) Aber die letzten Jahre hatte sich durch meine Erkrankung so sehr viel geändert…

baum_01.jpg Dieses Jahr hatte mir Günther jedenfalls kurz nach unserem Umzug versprochen, dass wir wieder einem Baum haben werden. Bis vor zwei Wochen sah es noch so aus, als ob es wieder nichts wird, aber jetzt steht er fertig da und die Wohnung ist auch ein wenig weihnachtlich geschmückt. Nun kann das Fest kommen. *freu*

Bei uns gibt es Weihnachten ein Kaninchen. Dieses liegt schon im Kühlschrank und wird morgen vorbereitet und eingelegt. Dazu gibt es Apfelrotkohl, Klöße und Preiselbeer-Soße.
Eine Idee für den Nachtisch habe ich zwar schon, aber so ganz ausgereift ist die noch nicht. ;) Das gab es erst am Wochenende nach Weihnachten. :)

Heiligabend gibt es wohl unseren traditionellen Kartoffelsalat mit Würstchen, aber da Günther arbeiten muss, ist das noch nicht hundertprozentig sicher. Mal schauen was es letztendlich wird. Einkaufen muss ich jedenfalls nichts mehr, dass ist schon alles erledigt.

Nun wünsche ich Euch einen guten Start in die Woche und nicht so viel Hektik.

meckelfeld-01_2008-12-07.jpg Wie ich Euch letztes Wochenende berichtet hatte, wollte ich auf den Weihnachtsmarkt von Meckelfeld.

Am Anfang hatte es zwar noch geregnet und das Laufen mit dem Regenschirm war nicht wirklich bequem, aber mit einem Mal war es trocken und man konnte [ohne Tropfen in den Nacken zu bekommen ;)] auch ein wenig den Buden auf die Pelle rücken, um sich die ausgestellten Sachen näher anzuschauen.

meckelfeld-03_2008-12-07.jpg Der Markt war klein und knuffig. Die Marktbetreiber hatten sich viel Mühe gegeben und es gab schönes, weihnachtliches Kunsthandwerk zu sehen.

meckelfeld-02_2008-12-07.jpg Der Gemütlichkeit hat der Regen letztendlich absolut keinen Abbruch getan. Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht, die Atmosphäre genossen und… der Punsch war super lecker. ;)

Ganz zum Schluss gab es dann als Abendbrot noch einen klassischen Döner. :)

Dieses Adventswochenende ist ein Weihnachtsmarkt in Nenndorf. Mal schauen was uns da so erwartet. So lernen wir Stück für Stück unsere neue Heimat auch von dieser Seite kennen. :)
