Diese Zucchini-Pfanne ist ursprünglich für Hackfleisch ‘halb Rind und halb Schwein’ gedacht.

Da ich wegen meinem Rheuma kein Schweinefleisch mehr essen darf, koche ich dieses Gericht nur noch mit Puten-Hackfleisch. Das schmeckt auch sehr gut.

Die Sahne ersetze ich mit pflanzlichem Crème fraîche (Cremefine von Rama), aber das ist Geschmackssache. *g*

Zutaten für 4 Portionen:

3 mittlere Zwiebeln
2 Becher Sahne
500 g mageres Hackfleisch
4 TL Curry
1 EL Olivenöl
Salz, Pfeffer, Brühe
4-5 Zucchini je nach Größe
evtl. 1-2 Knobizehen

Die Zwiebeln enthäuten und in Würfel schneiden. Hackfleisch und Zwiebeln mit Öl in der Pfanne anbraten. Wer mag kann auch noch 1 oder 2 kleingehackte Knoblauchzehen dazugeben. Mit Curry, Pfeffer und Salz würzen. Zucchini ungeschält in große Würfel schneiden und zum Hackfleisch geben. Dann ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen. Die Sahne dazu geben, abschmecken und fertig! Mit Reis servieren.

Es ist ein einfaches und sehr leckeres Rezept aus unserer Familie.

Heute hatten wir mal wieder Appetit auf ein leckeres Pfannengericht. Da es etwas spontan und schon ein bisschen spät war, sollte es flott gehen.

Also schnell in den Froster geschaut…

Putengeschnetzeltes und ein paar von den vorbereiteten Paprikastreifen herausgeholt.

Zwiebeln und Knobizehe geschnibbelt und alles ab in die Pfanne…

für 2 Personen
Zutaten:
300 g Putengeschnetzeltes	1 Knobizehe
200 g Paprikastreifen	1-2 TL Curry
(rot, gelb und grün)	Salz, Pfeffer
2 kleine Zwiebeln	1 B. saure Sahne

Erst das Fleisch, dann das Gemüse. Mit Curry, Salz, Pfeffer und ein wenig von meiner selbstgemachten Gewürzmischung gewürzt. Zum Schluss hab ich noch einen Becher saure Sahne daran gegeben.

Fertig war das Ganze dann in knapp 20 Minuten und dazu gab es ‘Ebly-Zartweizen’.

Hmm, alleine der Duft war herrlich und geschmeckt hat es hervorragend. *g*

Auch wenn sich das folgende Rezept vielleicht nicht so anhört :), aber es ist ein tolle Variante zu den Kartoffelpuffern aus rohen, geriebenen Kartoffeln.

Zutaten für ca. 3 Portionen:

500 g Kartoffel	Salz
1 Ei	etwas Muskatnuss
2 EL Mehl
½ EL Zucker

Die Kartoffeln gar kochen und abkühlen lassen. Am besten sind gekochte Kartoffeln vom Vortag. Dann die Kartoffeln reiben, das Ei dazu geben und mit dem Mehl, Zucker, Salz und etwas Muskatnuss durchkneten. Puffer formen, nicht zu dick sonst wird es matschig, und schön goldgelb braten. Dazu passt sehr gut selbstgemachtes Apfelmus und Zucker & Zimt.

Dieses ist ein leckeres und preiswertes Hausrezept von meiner Oma.
