Zu Weihnachten hatte ich ein altes, schnelles Apfelkuchen-Rezept einfach mal ein wenig abgewandelt. Das war so lecker und saftig, das ich Euch den Kuchen mal zeigen muss.
Leider sind die Fotos nicht so sehr gut geworden, aber das tat dem Geschmack keinen Abbruch. *g*
Bei den Fotos habe ich auch gleich mal das Programm PhotoScape ausprobiert. Die Vorstellung und Umsetzung des Programms habe ich bei Spielkind gesehen. Das Programm ist eine wirklich nette Sache und ist eine schnelle Alternative zum Bearbeiten der Bilder ohne das geliebte PS.
Wer den Kuchen nachbacken möchte…
die Zutaten:
- 500 g leicht säuerliche Äpfel (z.B. Boskop)
- 250 g Butter oder Margarine
- 125 g Zucker
- 5 Eier
- 300 g Mehl
- 1 P. Backpulver
- 3 P. Vanillinzucker
- 1 gute Prise Zimt
- 1 Prise Salz
- 100 g geriebene Nüsse
- 3 Eßl. Kakaopulver (kein Kaba oder Trinkschokolade)
- Milch nach Bedarf (den Teig aber nicht zu flüssig werden lassen)
- 1 Schuss Rotwein (wenn man mag)
- Bittermandelaroma
- 100 g Schokostreusel
- Puderzucker zum Bestäuben
Dann braucht man noch etwas Margarine zum Einfetten der Springform.
Zubereitung:
- Die Äpfel schälen und, ganz nach Belieben, in Hälften, Spalten oder Würfel klein schneiden.
- Eier, Zucker, Vanillezucker und Butter/Margarine schaumig schlagen, dann die Gewürze und die Flüssigkeiten dazugeben. Mehl und Backpulver dazu und das Ganze gut verrühren bis der Teig Blasen schlägt.
- Die Nüsse klein hacken, mit den Schokostreuseln und dem Schuss Rotwein zusammen unterheben.
- Milch wirklich nur noch zugeben, wenn der Teig zu fest ist. Er sollte schwer reißend vom Löffel fallen.
- Nun die Form einfetten und den Teig einfüllen und die Äpfel darauf verteilen. Ich lasse vom Teig immer noch einen kleinen Rest in der Schüssel, verdünne das noch ein wenig mit Milch und gebe das ganz zum Schluss noch oben drauf.
- Den Ofen auf 175° vorheizen, Ober-und Unterhitze (Vorsicht, jeder Backofen ist anders) und ca. 50-60 Minuten backen.
- Am Ende der Backzeit mit der Stricknadel testen, ob der Kuchen gar ist.
Wenn ja, dann die Temperatur ausschalten und, bei einem Spalt geöffneter Backofentür, noch ca. 10 Minuten nachziehen lassen. (so fällt er nicht zusammen) - Dann herausnehmen, schön abkühlen lassen und mit dem Puderzucker überstäuben.
Er schmeckt aber auch ohne sehr, sehr lecker. ^..^
Das Rezept liest sich vielleicht etwas aufwändig, ist es aber gar nicht. Das geht alles ganz fix und das Ergebnis ist nur lecker.
