Heute habe ich nix ‘zum Verscrappen’ für Euch. Was für ein Un-Wort. *gg*
Dafür gibt mal wieder ein richtig leckeres von mir.
Leider hab ich, wie bei vielen Rezepten, auch hiervon noch kein Bild gemacht. Wird dann bei passender Gelegenheit nachgereicht.

ca. 15-20 Stück
Zutaten:
ca. 800 g Mehl Glasur:
1 Würfel Hefe oder 2 Eier
2 P. Trockenhefe geriebenen Käse
2 Eier
750 g Joghurt  
2 EL Olivenöl  
2 EL Milch  
½ TL Salz  
500 geriebenen Käse  
 
  1. Mehl, Hefe mit Milch nach Vorschrift, Eier, Joghurt, Olivenöl und Salz zu einem Teig verkneten und ca. 60 Minuten, an einem warmen, zugfreien Ort abgedeckt gehen lassen.

  2. Danach ausrollen und in viereckige Stücke teilen, mit dem geriebenen Käse füllen und über Eck zuklappen. Noch mal etwas gehen lassen.

  3. Eier für die Glasur verquirlen, die Teigstückchen damit
    bestreichen, etwas Käse drüberstreuen und bei 170° Grad im Heißluftbackofen ca. 15 Minuten goldgelb backen.

  4. Die Käseecken kann man auch 1-2 Tage vorher backen und dann im Tupper© Gefäß im Kühlschrank frisch halten. Eventuell dann nach Geschmack noch mal im Backofen warm machen.

Einfach lecker als Snack oder auch mal für eine Party.

Dieses ist ein original türkisches von einer Freundin und ehemaligen Kollegin Fatma.

Inzwischen habe ich das auch schon mal mit Hackfleisch gemacht.
Dazu einfach zwei Zwiebeln und eine Knoblauchzehe fein hacken und mit ca. 500g Hackfleisch anbraten.
Nach Geschmack würzen. Ich nehme dazu Pfeffer, Salz, Muskat, Paprika und, wenn vorhanden, eine türkische Gewürzmischung.
Etwas durchziehen lassen.
Dann mit dem Käse auf die Teigstücke verteilen. Das Hack darf nur nicht mehr zu feucht sein !!!
Wie oben weiterverarbeiten… LECKER!

für 12 Scheiben
Zutaten:
500 g Tomaten Salz, Pfeffer
4 Knoblauchzehen 1 Bund Thymian
1 Bund Lauchzwiebeln (150 g) 1 Baguette
2 EL kaltgepresstes Olivenöl Öl zum Beträufeln
  1. Tomaten häuten, entkernen
    und in Würfel schneiden. Knoblauch
    abziehen, 3 Zehen an die Tomaten pressen.
    Lauchzwiebeln putzen, waschen und in Ringe
    schneiden.

  2. Öl, Gewürze und Thymian
    unter die Tomaten rühren. Brot in
    Scheiben schneiden, mit einer Knobizehe
    einreiben, auf ein Backblech legen und mit
    ein bisschen Öl beträufeln.

  3. Im Backofen (Heißluft 180º
    C) 15 Minuten rösten.

  4. Sofort mit der
    Tomatenmasse bestreichen und mit
    Lauchzwiebeln bestreuen.

Crostini sind Abends mal als kleiner Snack ganz lecker und passen nicht nur zur italienischen Küche.
